On July 20th, I contacted the salesperson at this company to understand the condition of the 2008 Peugeot vehicle they had for sale. I was told that the car didn't have any serious problems, just some minor tire pressure issues.
I'm giving this company two stars solely for their friendliness and the kind way they received me when I went to pick up the car.
Since the car was supposedly in good condition, I closed the deal.
I picked up the car on August 12th, paid the remaining balance, and started driving to Portugal. I made it easy for them; I didn't drive the car before paying the rest because if I had driven it beforehand, I probably wouldn't be writing this complaint here.
I started my trip and after a short time I began to hear some noises coming from the bottom of the engine near the wheels. I stopped, checked to see if anything was loose, and it seemed to me that the engine guard was not properly tightened.
But as the trip went on, I realized that the car's front suspension was worn out, I just didn't know it was completely destroyed, cylinder heads, bearings, everything in very bad condition.
I arrived in Portugal and went for the vehicle inspection, and they told me that the suspension values were very bad. They said I would have to install a new suspension to pass the inspection. I took the car to the garage and had to have new shock absorbers, bearings, and cylinder heads installed, which cost me 500 euros.
I contacted the company to safeguard what they had told me: "car without serious problems"—that was the information the salesperson had given me.
I'll leave the proof here. The company's response was: "The car is not under warranty, therefore we are not responsible." Does a company that has a repair shop really need to deceive its customers? I find it regrettable. I only asked for half the value to help with expenses, but the arrogance and presumption of the person who responded was so great that I immediately saw that being serious in business is not part of their standard.
Selling cars like this is easy, deceiving buyers and saying there's no warranty. The warranty is only valid for things that break after you buy the car. I'm complaining about something that was already damaged when I bought it, which were the car's original shock absorbers.
I said I was going to complain, and the response was, "We don't give in to threats. Complaining isn't a threat; complaining is a right of the consumer who has been deceived."
A good company listens to complaints and finds a solution that pleases both parties, not shirking responsibility when the primary responsibility lies with them.

A dishonest seller. He has the car on the internet for 2750, while you are talking to him he increases the price, but still accepts the price asked the first time!!! In the end when you say you want to buy the car he tells you that he prefers to give it to another car dealer because private people ask a lot of questions. Personally, I see a dishonest seller.
